Mr. Hippolyte Fofack is Chief Economist and Director of Research and International Cooperation at the African Export-Import Bank. Mr. Fofack is a research economist with over 15 years of experience in academia and international development. He is associate editor of the Journal of African Development and editorial board member of the Journal of African Trade. Mr. Fofack has published extensively and is a member of some leading professional and scientific organizations, including the African Academy of Sciences and the American Economic Association.
