Mr. NDIAYE was graduated from the University of Dakar for Business Law and from the European Institute of High-level Commercial Studies (European Management School in Strasbourg-France) for Marketing and Strategy Engineer.

AS a certified expert in the Senegalese Order of Experts, he has been a consultant and lecturer for several years before taking up the position of Director of Cabinet in several ministries since 2002.
