Ulanbek Ryskulov

Chairman, State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic, Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

Currently Mr. Ryskulov is the Chairman of the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Ryskulov started his career in 1992 as Duty Officer at the Institute of Seismology (the National Academy of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic). In 2001-2010 he held managerial positions in JSC Sevvodielektrostroy, JSC Rovnoe and Image Plus Company. In 2010-2014 Ulanbek headed JSC Kyrgyzneftegaz and the Department of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. He obtained the Specialist Degree in Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, as well as the Master Degree in Governance and Law.
