Yousef Bin Ibrahim Al-Bassam has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BADEA since 2008. He also holds a number of prominent posts, such as Chairman and Managing Director of the Saudi Fund for Development and Representative of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Administrative Committee of Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND).
