H.E. Didier LENOIR is the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations in Vienna. During his career, he has served in various capacities at the European Union External Action Service, at the Council of the European Union, at the French Delegation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in Brussels and at the Ministry of Defense in Paris. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the Institut d'études politique de Paris.
