Dmitry Pankin

Chairman of the Management Board, Eurasian Development Bank

Mr. Dmitry Pankin is the EDB’s Chairman of the Management Board. Prior to his current role, Mr. Pankin served in several roles in the Ministry of Finance of the Government of the Russian Federation, including of the Deputy Minister and the Director of the Department of International Financial Relations, Public Debt and Public Financial Assets.  Mr. Pankin was also the Chairman of the Board at the St Petersburg Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
