Debra Kertzman

Representative, European Representative Office, Asian Development Bank

Ms. Debra Kertzman is the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Resident Representative at the Bank’s European Representative Office. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of the ADB’s Strategy, Policy and Interagency Relations Division for 13 years. Ms. Kertzman holds Master of Law and Doctor of Law degrees from the Georgetown University Law Center and the Columbus School of Law, and Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Government from Boston University.
